The Focus Group sponsored a mock car accident during community period today to show students the consequences of drunk driving. After the mock accident, Sherriff Larry Amerson spoke to the students about the accident scene. We would like to say thank you to the Calhoun County Sherriff’s Office, the Calhoun County Coroner’s Office, and the Anniston Fire Department for coming to Donoho to detail what could happen in a real car accident. We would also like to thank Garrett’s Truck Service for providing the wrecked car.
