The Varsity Scholars Bowl Team, consisting of members Zach Cater, David Robles, Chris Perkins, Grayson White, Walker Bodiford, Alex Gilliland, and Isaiah Smith finished 2nd of 18 teams at the West Point Small School Invitational this past Friday. Among the team’s victories were big wins over Pelham, Northridge, Southside, West Point and Westbrook Christian. The team was led by Senior Zach Cater who, in his final tournament for Donoho, was the 6th highest scorer among all 108 participants. Zach will graduate as Donoho’s all-time leading scorer with 2610 points scored over 5 years. He, along with the other seniors, Walker, Grayson and Isaiah, will be greatly missed!
