Join us in welcoming Donoho’s new Band Director, Benjie Bess
Mr. Bess graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. Mr. Bess is also a jazz and gospel pianist. While at JSU he was afforded the opportunity to play alongside some of the modern jazz greats of our time to include Wycliffe Gordon, Jeff “Tain” Watts and Joe Scannella. In his spare time Mr. Bess enjoys teaching private piano lessons and traveling with one of Music Garden’s most renowned bands in Alabama, the 2nd Coming Band from Montgomery, Alabama. He loves working with kids of all ages and has a great passion for music.
