We would like to express our deepest condolences to the family of Mrs. Allison Garrett.
Mrs. Garrett was a prominent member of The Donoho School family for 33 years. She taught second grade, third grade, and was the technology coordinator for the lower school while continuing to teach intermediate academic classes. She retired from teaching in 2017 after the death of her husband, Dale, in December of 2015. She then moved to Huntsville to be closer to her son Jeremy ’95 and his wife Sarah. During her tenure at Donoho, she touched the lives of her fellow teachers and hundreds of students. She was well known for her kindness, work ethic, and tireless devotion to those she taught. She will truly be missed.
