The JV Scholar’s Bowl team traveled to Wallace State in Hanceville on March 10 to participate in the ASCA State Championships. The ASCA State Championship is open to all schools in the state regardless of classification. Donoho was by far the smallest school of the 18 in the state to qualify. Donoho finished pool play 3-1 and advanced to the final 8 for the first time in school history, ultimately finishing 5th in the state. The team was composed of Abrar Babiker, Olivia Nix, Christopher Perkins, David Robles, Jay Tollison, and Cash Worley. David Robles led the team in scoring and placed 12th in the state individually.
