The Donoho School will dismiss due to impending inclement weather at 11:30 a.m. today, including lower school students practicing this morning at OPAC. Students need to be picked up from OPAC and the school campus by 12:00 noon.
As we must comply with the city of Oxford’s policies in regards to the use of the Oxford Performing Arts Center and the city’s decision to close the facility at noon, the Grandparents’ Day festivities and 7:00 p.m. public performance of “The Lion King, Jr!” have been rescheduled. Due to the potential for severe weather, today’s performances of “The Lion King, Jr.” presented by the Donoho School have been postponed.
The public performance originally scheduled for tonight at 7:00 p.m. has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 24 at 2:30 p.m. Please note that your ticket for tonight’s performance is valid for the rescheduled date. There is no need to exchange your tickets. The performance for grandparents will now be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 25.
Our Box Office Terms & Conditions provide for a full refund if you are unable to attend a performance that was rescheduled due to weather. We hope you are able to attend the new Sunday afternoon performance instead. If you are unable to attend, please reply to this email with the name and confirmation number associated with your order with a brief message requesting a refund.
