Lower school faculty members Carol Howell and Kendall Howell joined upper school faculty members Anna Taylor, Megan Williams, and Jennifer Senter to travel to the National Council of Teachers of Math (NCTM) Regional Conference in Virginia. These teachers will attend presentations, participate in hands-on workshops and activities, collaborate with like-minded educators, and learn new activities to engage and excite students. They will attend an off campus retreat upon their return and begin to write math standards for The Donoho School. We are excited about this professional development opportunity for these faculty members and the impact it will have on our math program!
