What is your favorite memory during your time as a student at the Anniston Academy/The Donoho School?
I loved Friday night football games. As a high school cheerleader, game nights were filled with excitement, anticipation and such fun with friends – before, during and after the games! A special thanks goes to my parents for attending home games and traveling to many away games. Thank you to Cissy Hunter for being our patient, cheerleader sponsor and driver.
If you could leave one piece of advice to future Donoho students, what would that be?
Donoho has many activities in which to participate. Ignore what is considered “popular” and join every group that is interesting to you, or that has a worthy purpose, or has high quality people from whom to learn. Trying different things can help you find out who you are as a person.
