The Donoho School Drama Department is excited to offer a unique opportunity to all of our 1st- 6th grade students.
Musical Theatre Camp will be every day after school from 3:00-5:30 the week of April 13-17th. Students will learn songs and choreography from the Disney Broadway musical Annie. The cost of camp for the week is $65 and will include an Annie Musical Theatre camp T-shirt and snack. All students who participate in the camp will be considered for casting in small roles (some speaking parts) in The Donoho School Drama Department’s production of Annie. Participation in the camp may not guarantee a part in the actual play. This year we are partnering with students from Golden Springs School and they will be joining us onstage for our musical production!
If cast in a role for the May production, students will be required to be at rehearsals April 27- 30 at AHS Performing Arts Center and at all three performances of Annie.
The Donoho School will perform the musical Annie on Friday, May 1st for the Anniston City Schools at 9:00 am and for the general public on Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd at 7:00 pm at the Anniston Performing Arts Center.
