The Donoho School is pleased to announce that Mrs. Katie Newton will be joining the advancement team as Assistant Director of Admissions on January 1, 2015. Mrs. Newton is a magna cum laude graduate of Jacksonville State University where she double-majored in English and Communication/Public Relations. Following college graduation, Katie entered a management program for one of the largest consumer banking programs in the Southeast. She also has experience in community relations, marketing, and as a small business owner. She joined the Donoho family in 2009 and has since held various positions in the business office and in the classroom. Katie’s community involvement includes membership in the Junior League of Anniston-Calhoun, Revelers Krewe, and Golden Springs Baptist Church. She and her husband, Russ, enjoy living in Anniston, and Katie is proudest of being mom to Elle (3) and Eli (17 months).
