Yesterday our retired faculty, board members, and alumni gathered in the Fargason Fine Arts Center for a luncheon to celebrate the 60th year of The Donoho School and recognize the 2023 Outstanding Alumnus of the Year, Mr. George W. Connors, IV (’78). Mrs. Cherri Morgan was named Board Emeritus and also recognized for her tremendous service to The Donoho School. Cherri served as DPA President and was on the Donoho board for 15 years, serving as board chair from 2007-2009. The attendees then went on a guided tour of the campus and assembled with the student body for the official introduction of George. We ended this fun day with the annual Alumni Tailgate in the Upper School Circle and at the Donoho football game. Thank you to everyone who attended the events yesterday. We enjoyed having so many alumni and retired faculty back on campus for this special day!
