We are proud to announce that Olivia Davis ’18 has been elected as an Arts and Sciences Senator at The University of Alabama. There are 50 total seats within the legislative branch of the SGA representing all of the colleges. Olivia received the second highest amount of votes within the College of Arts & Sciences.
Olivia is not a stranger to student government. She served as Donoho SGA president her senior year and also served as one of 65 First Year Councilors at The University of Alabama. Her time at Donoho and her experiences working with fellow freshman this past year at Alabama encouraged her to throw her bid into the campaign as a Senator.
Her enthusiasm for student government has been rewarded in this election. Davis says, “I can’t wait to continue serving the student body as an Arts and Sciences Senator.”
We are so proud of Olivia and wish her well in her new role as Arts and Sciences Senator for The University of Alabama’s SGA.
